Then what's the reason for having such a fast start-up sequence? Start up is at 17 seconds..

Sounds a lot like a forklift at idle.... see forklift at :53 for comparison.

Wow, what a tough spot Ferrari found themselves in when making this car.
The next enzo absolutely had to be better then the previous one, but also had to be at least as good as competitors who were going to blow away everyone at the ring using every technological trick in the book. I have to ask why even bother with KYRS and hybrid tech if they're going to not-at-all use all the conveniences associated with it, but I suppose the answer would be, "Because we didn't want to build another Veneno." Good answer, but it makes their behavior regarding this issue seem no less baffling.

Nah, my old 65 F-100 would start that fast. Turn to start and was running before you let the key go.
